Ten- year-old Grant Vereker of Milford, MA came up with an idea while flipped upside down brainstorming in his bed.... Where he conjures up his most creative ideas..."I think I'll create some potholders to show those men and women on the front lines how much we care." Several weeks, several hundred potholders and $1200 dollars raised later, Grant and his twin brother Quinn used their proceeds to purchase gift cards for the Milford PD and the Milford FD to thank them for having the backs of those in the community.
