When Tom takes a job as a master designer with Myopic Corporation, a sprawling eyewear retailer, he thinks he's finally made it big. Tom designs retail shops for a living, and Myopic is famous for its glamorous store interiors. He doesn't realize, however, that his immediate bosses don't want him there. In fact, they'll do just about anything to take him down. Al and Josh have perfected the art of getting paid to do nothing, and as far as they're concerned, the new guy can either get on board or get lost. They spend one wild day concocting ridiculous schemes designed to get Tom fired. What they don't do, however, is design any shops. The big bosses, those who tower over even Al and Josh, hired Tom to shake things up at Myopic with an injection of new creative blood. But Tom is increasingly unsure he's the man for the job.
