This seventy-five-page booklet lists common plants found along trails in the Bridge Creek, Lumbert Pond, and Long Pond Conservation Areas in Barnstable, Ma. Trails are open and free to the public. They traverse a variety of landscape features that include nearly level to steep slopes, swales, depressions, abandoned cranberry bogs, ponds, streams, and freshwater wetlands. Information on topography, soils, wetlands, and plant habitat affinity are included for each trail. Trail systems are shown on portions of USGS maps, and on color orthophotographs.
