'My Service Person' follows the story of "Tobin," a PTSD service dog, and his service person Jake. Written from the point of view of the service dog. It provides a unique experience that bridges the gap between innocence and traumatic events. The reluctance to face the world, and the inner self conflicts that our service members face, is countered by the sheer will and drive towards finding joy in life that only dogs seem to provide. This book touches on traumatic events on many levels and can be used to help cope and find closure in many scenarios. This is one dog's story in an effort for a better life and mental health for us all.
