This manual focuses on the types of individuals commonly targeted as victims of bullying, ranging from the disabled, the elderly, the new employee and the unsuspecting. It includes short stories of victims and offers resources and suggestions to rectify the problems. The intent of this booklet is to use it as a starting point to for open discussions on the subject matter of bullying which is unacceptable on the playground, in the workplace and everywhere in between.
