This book seeks to pose the question of whether relationships between Fibonacci numbers may be used predict possible structures for the electronic and nucleic structures of Atoms. This book introduces the Concept of Fermion Groups, interacting groups of Spin Elements based on numerical relationships centred about squares of numbers of the Fibonacci Sequence. These Spin Elements may possibly Cycle through sequences of spin states, with at least one spin state having to remain unoccupied. This book also examines whether Nuclear Behaviour can be predicted based on derived corollaries between electronic structures of Atoms and corresponding nuclear structures.
