In this book it is my desire not only to advocate for equality and diversity but also to highlight the global response to racism, the dilemma that transcends through generations of the entire world. Equality and diversity implementation means that rational and accessible services are made available for everyone. This creates a safe and inclusive atmosphere that celebrates difference and valuing everyone as well as ensuring that all people can be treated equal with respect and dignity in a consistent way challenging discrimination and harassment committed against every human being. The aim is to break down unnecessary barriers for every human being seeking opportunities of progress in everyday life and to demonstrate the principles of diversity and inclusion in people's daily activities, functions and roles.
