"A Journey Through Poetry" is about life and living. Life is what is happening to you and around you and living is the way in which you think about it, feel about it and react to it. This daily interaction is what I have tried to bring forth.
I have tried to bring things back to the self, back to our thoughts, our emotions, and our actions, whilst still acknowledging the world as it is without any whitewashing. I would like to hope that what my poems offer the reader is perspective. Another viewpoint from which to sit back, look at life and see all of life, not separate from you and me but one with everything and everyone.
I have tried to keep a hand outstretched so that the reader might know and feel that they are never alone in anything they are going through, and transcendence is always within their grasp. I hope you are taken on a journey, that opens your thoughts, reveals your emotions and assists your actions.
