The City Denmark Tom Nielsen 第1 版

The City Denmark is an introduction to Danish urban development history, as well as an account of contemporary Denmark. The description and analysis of the urban structure of Denmark and the political context it results from, and supports, provide an interesting case that can help understand the dynamics of cities and urbanism today, also beyond Denmark. 90% of the country's 6 million inhabitants live on 10% of the territory, in villages, towns, and cities integrated into larger urban networks. The City Denmark contributes to the knowledge base and discussion of what a city is today and how they should develop...not only in Denmark.
