This is my first well-being and self-helping book series, along the months and years to come, few others will see the light. I was convinced by those that knows about me, to write and transmit some of my experiences and techniques, my advice for a better life, and how to get ready for the changes that sooner or later, in fact, more sooner than expected, will affect everybody's lives. This first book, contain a series of basic teachings, written in a very light way and language. Can be considered as initiation speech to those that knows little to nothing about mind powers and concentration techniques. A starting point to learn about different states of your conscience, the potential powers we all have inside of us, and how to start using it in your benefit, the benefit of your beloved ones, and the whole planet, as we are all connected.
