This work analyzes the presence of tacit knowledge in 10 cases of non-structured decision making processes that occur at the strategic level. To this effect, a previous theoretical approach is developed involving themes such as organizational knowledge, tacit knowledge and organizational decisions. Its contribution will serve both the academic environment and the corporate environment, due to its reflections of practical order.
