In the book, the reader is introduced to the technique of caladotherapy (with an electric vibrator conditioned for therapeutic massages), which is a tool that, given its characteristics, lends itself to an integral massage with continuous routes over the body that has beneficial effects for the improvement of the central nervous system. The Caladotherapy is applied by means of an electrical system of muscular relaxation but first an evaluation of the sensation produced by the same one is made and then it is proceeded to the massage to offer a better quality of life for those people affected in their nervous system. A research work is presented with a sample of forty patients between 70 and 95 years old with a before and after practicing massage with caladotherapy. They were also practiced an exercise of corporal stability with important results.
