Human Resource Management (HRM) is thus a part of the field of management. HRM, can be defined as the utilization of human resources to achieve organizational objectives. It can broadly be seen as that function of all organizations which provides for effective utilization of human resources to achieve both the objectives of the organization on one hand and the satisfaction and development of employees on the other hand.
