The objective of the book is to build a strong and effective personality of engineering graduates of India by referring to certain kinds of pieces of training for e.g. self-reliance, beliefs, cross-cultural studies, and global exposure for GD and Interview. The reason, that Indian engineering graduates are facing difficulties for surviving in these testing times of transitional phase, is that the world is undergoing an unprecedented and rapid transformation towards a new era of human history. The present education system is changing due to global pressure. Besides providing livelihood it is inculcating the knowledge of the world which nurtures the holistic development of personality that grooms student towards responsibility, duty-bound, vigilant, thoughtful, talented, caring, and compassionate citizens
