The studies in the organizational and labor area are approached in the light of the discourse of globalization and the process in the world of work and how the changes that have occurred in this context have influenced the behavior of the worker. These conditions are not limited to the geographical and political context, but have revealed interest on the part of researchers in studies on the effects that these changes can have on the worker-organization binomial and the development of strategies to remain competitive. In this book, we intend to verify the influence of organizational support on knowledge management in Brazilian workers.
