Working with an inner child inside me was inspired by a book I had read two years earlier and then fell into my hands for the second time. It is a book by Joan Borisenko: Guilt is a teacher, love is a lesson. Something directed me to start doing it, that is to start doing the exercise after exercise. . From the very beginning I had a feeling that I was starting to build, or actually to find inner relationships within me, which are the beginning of all relationships in life. As it will soon turn out, my conversations with a child - little Ewa - are not only solving her inner dilemmas, seeking love and safety in adult Ewa, but also answers to my own, adult questions, asked at this very moment of my life and her advice. Hence each passage has been called TRAINING. And here are the daily meetings with little Eve and her wise advice.
