Presently persuading national and International consultancy in the sectors of Aquaculture, Livelihood and East Calcutta Wetlands management. Experienced resource manager on Aquaculture, Agriculture and Rural Developmentwith special reference to participatory technology development in coastal Sundarbans. Experienced Trainer in Communication and Extension Management for Agricultural Scientists, Managers of Agriculture, Rural & Urban Development and Social Development Planners. A mentor in Livelihood development and Food Security of ultra poor community in Coastal ecosystem.
