A good way to approximate the experience of a child who is deaf, from birth or early childhood is to watch a television program in which a foreign language is being spoken with the sound on T. V set turned off! The impact of hearing loss on the individual is one of the great areas in human behavior that science has scarcely more than probed gingerly here and there, the present study is an effort to study frustration Tolerance and Level of Aspiration in Hearing Impaired and Non-Hearing Impaired people.
