Climate change is currently one of the greatest threats to environmental conservation and livelihood security. Though, there is a consensus concerning with substantial impact of climate change in Nepal, there is still limited understanding at a more local level of what the precise impacts of climate change may be and how communities should adapt. This study assessed impacts of climate change in livelihood of farmers with some facts and figures to enhance and verify the general understanding of those impacts. Furthermore, this study also assessed the contribution of community base biodiversity management practices (CBM), in Bara district of Nepal, for community resilience or adaptation, towards livelihood improvement, food security, healthy ecosystem, biodiversity conservation and related other matters.
