Urban Planning: Quantitative Researches Imad Al-hashimi

This book contains researches in quantitative urban planning. It consists of Five papers dealing with urban problems such as Housing Demand, Fractal Geometry, Future Land Use, Shopping and Pedestrian risk analysis. Different planning methods were used for the analysis and estimation phases of the urban problem areas covered by the book. Among these methods are Regression and Gravity models and Surface Potential Analysis. All papers are applied case studies in Jordan and Yemen. Among these papers are the summary of Three M. A. Theses done in Jordan university of science and technology.
