The importance of epigenetics in human disease, together with the maturing of technologies for mapping epigenetic changes, makes a human epigenome project both critical and feasible. On recurrent epigenetic modification like DNA methylation, normal, disease implications, and the current scenario as to how it is dealt with. There are many findings or research done on these epigenetic behavior that suggest modern approaches are being implemented so as to provide new platform for understanding Ageing process, genes, diet , habitat, environmental interactions can further better understanding and discovering genes that regulate longevity by identifying single gene mutations that lead to increased longevity. SIRT1 is a NAD+-dependent protein deacetylase, that governs many physiological pathways, SIRT1 may play an important role in aging.
