This study is conducted on Ethiopian financial service firms specifically on commercial banks. This sector has been selected because of its high reliance on IT and the currently perceived high investment of the firms in this industry on IT. To the best of the researcher?s knowledge, such type of study has not been conducted by other researchers, and this has given an opportunity to assess the impact that IT has created on the performance of Ethiopian financial service firms specially those in the banking industry.
