The method of language teaching that has been practicing for long time is not appropriate and theoretically it is limited within books. A number of workshops, seminars and training have been arranged in different time, but these theoretical sides, actually, bring no result. Since long time ago a controversy is being continued on the method of language teaching. Language teachers blame society, infrastructure and learning system taken by government, beside it, they blame the lack of interest of the students. But the government declares that they have taken proper arrangement yet the teachers are unable to maintain their responsibilities. And the govt. could not able to punish them because absence of legal procedure. Therefore this kind of debates is useless to the learners. So it will be better to stop debate which is useless to the learners in language learning.
