E-counseling Implementation in Institutions of Higher Learning: a Case Study of Presbyterian University College, Ghana

E-counseling is a more recent addition to the field of web applications. Its implementation in institutions of higher learning, where traditional counseling has been institutionalized as part of the core services rendered to students, is a novelty.
