Looyaan is a Somali boy who grows up in Denmark, where he faces racism and feels like he does not fully belong. Hoping to give him a better life, his family sends him to Somalia. Instead of finding peace, he discovers that life there is even harder. Everything is unfamiliar-the language, the culture, and the way people live. No longer at home in Denmark and unable to fit into Somalia.
