After qualifying as an astronaut, Draco goes on space missions and travels back to find out what has happened to his parents. His magical ring, The Ring Of Atlantis, enables him to make friends with the star constellations, who also help him. Eventually, he goes on to protect humanity from the evil aliens, the Spacediles.
