Chelsea Creekmore graduated college in a mountain of debt with no clue how to manage finances-with a business degree but no clue how to actually start a business. Our society encourages young minds to plug and chug their way through the education system for a piece of paper, climb their way up the corporate ladder (even if it means missing their kids' soccer games), and then retire when they're too old and sick to enjoy the fruits of their labor.
