Explaining that going outside each day to play instead of just playing video games could be healthy. A simple break between games can help by simply getting exercise while having fun. The idea for parents is to understand that technology is becoming overwhelming due to not integrating our needs to what technology can accomplish for us so we can spend more time with our children. Make the time by putting technology down and listening to what our kids really need-their parents.
