Jenifer and her sister Ann Blake head south into central Texas to continue their grandfather's and father's terror on the Chinese and North Koreans. When Ann is killed Jenifer causes as much pain as she can using her father's 270 rifle. As she continues to use the white paste she puts more fear in the enemy soldiers than her father or grandfather ever did. With a new president that has a backbone Free American starts attacking the enemy. With the United States now being completely free the enemy come out of Mexico to attack Texas. Before long they all stop because of a rumor about a ghost that lingers on the Rio Grand River shooting anyone crossing into Texas. No one can find this ghost but she continues to kill.
