Awakening As Awareness O M

Our human life consists of our body, mind and awareness. These are the three dimensions of our life. Our sense of self begins with our body but increasingly shifts to our mind as we grow into being a functioning adult in our human world of creative activities. Most of us live out our busy lives with our body-mind being our sense of self, and we never get around to discovering the spiritual dimension of our life. The spiritual dimension of our life is our awareness. Our spiritual life is our awakening to our awareness as our true self, our true life and our eternal home.
