Growing Hope 3rd Grade Activity & Coloring Book Patricia a Guin

Radhe lives in a fog of sadness brought on by circumstances she didn't cause, she doesn't understand, and worst of all, she can't change. Then one day, Radhe wakes up with an idea. She realizes she has the ability to make decisions each day that can lead her into a brighter, more hopeful existence. Growing Hope speaks to a child's innate sense of survival, calling it out, encouraging it, and even training it. The story gently acknowledges trouble is present but demonstrates a simple response of hope. Ruling out the crippling sense of helplessness the victim role insures, Growing Hope empowers children to seek options and make better choices, choices that are available to most children each and every day. THE GROWING HOPE ACTIVITY & COLORING BOOK SERIES includes the original story in coloring book form AND is chock-full of activities that will entertain and educate children of all ages. There's a simple 30-day journal to encourage children towards personal accountability and expression. It will encourage children to think about and make good choices that are available to them nearly every day. Not as in your typical activity book, the children will become more aware of the many opportunities they already have that could make a positive impact on their own lives and the lives of others. Activities focus on eating and drinking more healthily, exercising, showing kindness towards others, trying hard in school, getting plenty of sleep at night, expressing feelings through art and writing, and more.
