The world as we know it is coming to an end... Two years have passed since Danny Nimbus uncovered the truth of the world. And that truth isn't beautiful at all. We are not alone. Fairies, elves, and other fae live with humans side by side, hidden by their tricks and magic. Demons, vampires, werewolves and other nasty creatures exist as well, and they do more than bump in the night. And what has Danny's role become in all this? He is the guy that makes sure everyone else never learns that same, horrible truth that he discovered. He is the one who keeps the world of magic from getting out of hand. But he is only one man. And now, a fae lord who Danny made into an enemy has called upon an ancient force to deal with him and the rest of humanity. His plan is to enslave the human race and kill all those who oppose him, including other fae. But Danny knows that this force that has been summoned is more than the fae lord can control, and the world is going to be forced to see what lies beyond the Veil. Whether they want to or not.
