Suspects include a career criminal, a Tucson Senator implicated by him, and two coyotes stopped by Border Patrol while Wendy was on an archeological field trip. The coyotes had a cargo of young female immigrants. With the JP's records in disarray and the DHS which oversees the Border Patrol silent on what Wendy might have witnessed, it's up to Jill to piece together the evidence. While doing so, she becomes the target of Wendy's killer.
