A comedy caper in one act, Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Twinkie is an all-ages comedy, with a cast of 13; 7 men, 5 women, one man or woman. It's a hilarious story about a missing diamond that may or may not be lost in a Twinkie cake. Concrete Colosimo and his henchmen are on the hunt. Along the way, Concrete meets June, a worker at the Twinkie factory, and there may be a spark between them.
