Young leaders often desire to advance urgently, however, never consider the process it takes to properly endure development. The mind of the young leader operates in the state of "why." Millennial leaders enjoy discovering why something must occur as opposed to figuring out what is occurring. Often, young leaders are anointed and called to a specific purpose, however, identifying and pursuing said purpose is a task within it-self. Considering this, young leaders have a mental battle between their mind and their purpose. While battling between what they should do, and what they are doing, the young leader seems unstable. They often will yield to disobedience, instability, and self-desire. These characteristics make the young leader seem untrainable. Every young leader needs a mentor who recognizes their destiny and can coach them on how to get there. This book speaks of difficulties I endured while operating in my anointing.
