Continue the Heart Pattern is a coloring book with specific prompts intended to guide you to achieve what the author, who is the creator of the entire new trend of coloring books for adults, calls "Hemispheric Harmony."(TM) The designs, all 100% made of hearts, have specific features meant to help your right and left brain hemispheres dialogue. Lehavi's patterns have an intentional pattern to stimulate the logical side of the brain, as well as creative elements to stimulate the creative side of the brain. The prompts on the opposite side of the page guide you to listen to this internal dialogue so that you can find the right balance for yourself between your two brain hemispheres. Essentially, the book is a combination of an activity book, a coloring book, and a meditative book. It is recommended for ages 8-adult, with the understanding that some children may not be ready to appreciate the meditative prompts without an adult, but it's never too late to start! It is particularly recommended for adults who have been in a highly structured environment and need a quick release.
