Book 2 in the Rump-A-Doodle series, 'What time is it' is an educational book for small children. Divided into four sections, the book is intended to develop close and attentive skills that help children enjoy and understand time, use schedules, develop time-management skills, build knowledge, and understand the use of time. The first section gives examples; in the second section, the student participates by drawing out what the captions state; in the third section, the student adds the captions and draws pictures to add to the captions; and in the final section, the student writes their own story and draws their own pictures. "What Time is it?" is an excellent tool for all small children to develop their skills in the task of learning the value of and how to use time.
