Midshipman Samantha Wilson's life had come full circle. She was on the threshold of graduating from Annapolis and going on to a satisfying career in the navy. She was excited too, the next stop along her chosen path would be The Queen's College, Oxford England. There her Rhodes Scholarship would lead to a Master's Degree in History. She was anxious though, she still needed to have the final fitting for her Maid-of-Honor dress and shop for her wedding gifts for her roommate and her fiancé. She hadn't even had time to call her Major Professor, her "Don" at Oxford, to introduce herself. She had a thousand and one things to do! So why would the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff be on the phone for her now? "Who? Muammar Khadafy, Abu Nidal, Osama bin Laden?" She shivered as she hung up the phone. What had she gotten herself into!
