Zack, Nick and James are three of Virginia's most notorious serial killers, who happen to find themselves in the midst of a zombie outbreak. Set free from their cells at Madison Mills Asylum, the three killers make their way into the heart of Orange County where they discover that not everything is as it should be. Armed with baseball bats and a corkscrew, the trio must battle Hulks, Hunters and zombie foot soldiers, to get to the truth about the outbreak. A truth which will shake them to their very core and leave them facing an unexpected enemy.
