Résumé Cet essai traite de différenciation et d'individualisation pédagogique. Après avoir analysé des politiques d'individualisation des enseignements menées en France, nous proposons une méthode pratique née d'une expérience menée en classe plénière et de son retour critique. Abstract: This experimental essay deals with how to differentiate teachings inside heterogenic classrooms. We first cast a regard on what is nowadays made in France in terms of differentiations of teachings. Then we show how we organized our teachings by diagnosing the difficulties of our students through their oral and scriptural productions, how homogenic and heterogenic groups where created, and how differentiated and progressive exercises where provided so that they can access to the higher levels of their competences.
