A Tale of Two Brides is a prophetic look at the Call of the Bridegroom, the Lord Jesus Christ, to His readied (and readying) Bride in the earth today. It contrasts an arrogant and legalistic bride, exemplified in the Old Testament Vashti, with a responsive and sacrificially obedient bride seen in Esther. We consider the processing and preparation of the Holy Spirit-the Paraklete-as He readies a Bride for Jesus Christ who is His Counterpart, His Other Self.
