When the Apostle Paul wrote Titus and Philemon you get the sense that he is writing to family. He had a special bond of love with the early church leaders and often wrote to spur them on to do what is right before God and man. Titus was a pastor in the early church and Philemon was a wayward slave who was saved under Paul's ministry and was now returning home to his master. Christ in us changes us forever.
