Following on the previous two works, the author leaves the world of searching for answers to enter the domain where we actually start building the future. Rich from experience -both his own and that of his patients - and perspective, with a firm hand on the tillar and a clarity of mind and purpose, the journey continues. No answers are given - though many are discussed. What one is really looking for is one's own North Star. To find it one needs a compass, and that compass is the question why? There are always reasons to why we do what we do, how we got from there to here, all in the service of where we are going. And how do we find it? With honesty, courage, a sense of humor, and the will to follow one's path.
