Ami "THE MUMMY" is what people call me as, from toddlers to CEO's. And it started when my role model and guide Dev, bombarded me with questions like - who am I, someone who can listen or someone who can talk ? what can I do effortlessly, solving problems or who gets distressed easily?. why I need to do what he is suggesting to do? Its an endless list which lead to working with individuals who want to lead. As a mother and as an educator, I Live by the motto, "Be prepared!" And plan for the worst-case scenario with many contingencies in place. when people talk or ask about my work-life balance, they usually mean the amount of time I spend working on curriculum writing, working on makeovers, or analysing signatures, coaching or training versus not at work. However what about the amount of growth at work or in business versus the amount of growth in other areas of my life? And Dev being my side and conscious effort to grow spiritually, socially, mentally, physically and financially, we achieve true balance.
