Through the years of his education, training, work as a family physician, and life situations, author Dr. Michael Fleming realized every experience had a story. In a Mirror Dimly, he shares a collection of these stories, reflecting his love for them and his talent for telling them.

This compilation includes Fleming's random thoughts and observations as he's traveled his path: an early life filled with insecurity and shame; a young adult life with too much wasted; an adult life blessed with love and family, a wife, children, and grandchildren; and now his final seasons that have been given light through God's grace.

Derived from a life of curiosity, some of the stories are edgy and others not exactly politically correct. They represent a reflection of the many mentors who guided him, the experiences that molded him, the love of his life who traveled these paths with him, and the observations of someone who has ever been curious about "why" we are, and "how" do we make the best of it all.
