Any major transition in life is apt to create new challenges or reinvigorate lingering questions. Worries and feelings of inadequacy are often uninvited companions as we negotiate the passage of time and life. So where do we turn when we need a light to show us the next step forward-either for ourselves or for our loved ones?

In Toward Endless Light, author Anita Kraal-Zuidema reflects on her life story in writing what began as love legacy for her family. As stories tumbled out, she knew they were meant to be shared with a broader audience than she had at first envisioned. With new insight, she began to foster a greater appreciation and love for scripture and the biblical solutions it offers. Anita also wanted to challenge her readers to consider and ponder the every-day choices they make and to encourage them to walk in closer relationship with God.

Life is full of questions, though most of life is accomplished without ready answers to our most difficult questions-the whys and the why me sort. However great our intentions, the devil is always ready to infuse his foolishness into our minds as he sits perched on our shoulder doing his best to keep us from doing our very best. Thank God, the devil succeeds less and less-especially as we listen more closely to the only one who has answers to all our questions. They will come-in his time, in his way.
