Courtney, an eight-year-old girl, had everything a child could ever want, yet she was sad. Her parents did all they could to make her happy by giving her everything she wanted, but she was still sad. A visit to a homeless shelter changed Courtneys life for the better, and she realized why she had always been sad. This story is based on a real hot dog ministry in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
