A church is the body of Christ brought together by Him, though it is made up of individuals who are loved by Him. From this perspective, it is no wonder that visible as well as invisible lines of fission exist within congregations and denominations. What's interesting though is what fuels this fission. The only way to understand it and make sense of it all is to find our individuality in the light of our togetherness. For, it is in the process of finding ourselves in this whole that we truly make sense of our faith and ourselves. This book focuses on the individual as part of the whole and the whole as part of the individual. It attempts to answer why the Church is important and how to keep it relevant.
