Jen, Emma and Kendall are three best friends who have known each other since they were toddlers. While sitting in the nurse's office, Jen overhears a girl say that she has been "high all day." Concerned and a bit judgmental, she shares this information with her two best friends. After some sleuthing, the three girls discover the name of the "High Girl." They try to find her so they can talk to her about her drug problem. When they eventually meet her, the girls are shocked to learn about her secret.
