The Matzah That Saved Easter continues the adventures of Joey and Kristie. They're two young neighbors from different religious backgrounds. With the help of Rabbi Abraham, Joey shares some of his Jewish traditions and history with Kristie who is a Christian. The Matzah That Saved Easter is story number 2 of an upcoming series of books featuring more of Kristie and Joey's stories about family and the similarities between their religions.. In this story, Kristie and the Marcus family help Abbi Abraham prepare Matzah for Passover. Later, Kristie discovers that Reverand Jamie is in need for their Easter celebration. There are no communion wafers for service but Kristie's fast thinking saves the day with the Matzahs that she has in her backpack.
